We are seeking a skilled and motivated Liason Executive to join our team and provide expert legal guidance in all aspects of real estate transactions and operations. Position: Liason Executive Location: Kanchipuram , Thiruvallur & Chennai Salary: Upto 4lac p.a. Job Type: Permanent/Full Time Job description · Sourcing of documents from various Government authorities. · Collect revenue documents related to land. · Willing to Travel across locations to collect and apply for documents. · Effective coordination with government officers follow up effectively. Job Requirement · Experience working with PWD & Revenue Departments · Hands-on experience in liaison work. · Knowledge in process in both the PWD & revenue departments · Energetic & Multi-tasking candidate is expected. · Communication should be good in spoken and written Tamil Skills expected: - Good verbal and written communication skills. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and sometimes high-pressure environment. - Self-motivated with a willingness to take initiative and complete assigned tasks.
