Business development Executive

Job Title: Business Development Executive

Location: VKIA Jaipur

Job Type: Full-time

Working Hours: 10 am to 7 pm

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through B2B marketing, lead generation, and market research.
• Conduct tele-calling and follow-ups with prospective clients to generate leads and convert them into business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term engagement.
• Collaborate and coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Support) to ensure smooth execution of client requirements.
• Assist in digital marketing campaigns including social media, email marketing, and online promotions to support business development efforts.
• Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and business pitches to potential clients.
• Maintain an updated database of leads, prospects, and client interactions in CRM tools.
• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

Key Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of B2B marketing, market research, and business development strategies.
• Exposure to digital marketing tools and techniques.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (verbal & written).
• Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Confidence in tele-calling and client interactions.
• Strong coordination and teamwork abilities.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and result-driven.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in Business Development / Sales / Marketing (Freshers with strong skills may also be considered).
• Knowledge of CRM software, MS Office, and digital marketing tools will be an added advantage.
