BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Acquisition & Sales:
• Identify and approach potential clients in the assigned territory.
• Present and explain various chit fund products and schemes to prospects.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by management.
• Customer Relationship Management:
• Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and repeat business.
• Address client queries, complaints, and follow up on payments or renewals.
• Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products.
• Market Research & Lead Generation:
• Conduct surveys, door-to-door campaigns, and tele-calling to generate leads.
• Maintain a database of potential clients and update client information regularly.
• Identify emerging market trends and competitor activities.
• Coordination & Reporting:
• Coordinate with the branch team, including marketing, operations, and documentation, for smooth client onboarding.
• Submit regular sales reports, client updates, and lead conversion reports to the Branch Manager.
• Compliance & Documentation:
• Ensure all client documentation is complete and compliant with company policies.
• Follow internal processes for KYC, verification, and legal compliance.
• Promotional Activities:
• Participate in promotional events, awareness campaigns, and community outreach to increase brand visibility.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
