Job Description:

1. MBO Onboarding & Expansion:

   Identify, pitch, and onboard new Multi-Brand Outlets to drive growth.

2. Order Management:

   Coordinate and process orders from MBOs, ensuring timely delivery and stock availability.

3. Sales Achievement:

   Meet monthly/quarterly sales targets through effective account management and upselling.

4. Revenue Growth:

   Continuously increase sales contribution from MBOs.

5. Account Relationship Management:

   Build and maintain strong relationships with MBO partners for long-term business.

6. Product Visibility:

   Ensure products are well-placed and displayed as per brand guidelines at MBOs.

7. Promotions & Marketing:

   Execute in-store promotions and activities to maximize sell-through.

8. Collections & Credit Control:

   Ensure timely payments from MBOs and adherence to agreed credit terms.

9. Sales & Order Reporting:

   Maintain accurate MIS reports on orders, sales, collections, and pipeline status.

10. Market Insights:

    Track competitor products, pricing, and customer trends to refine strategy.
