Role Summary

This is not a call-center role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Shadow founder on sales calls and understand pitch, discovery, and objections
  • Handle discovery calls and qualify leads
  • Manage CRM, follow-ups, and pipeline hygiene
  • Coordinate proposals, pricing discussions, and closures
  • Maintain clear communication with internal teams post-closure
  • Track leads, conversion rates, and deal status


What We’re Looking For

  • Strong communication skills (English + Hindi)
  • Confident, calm, and coachable personality
  • Prior experience in selling services (agency, SaaS, consulting preferred)
  • Comfortable speaking to founders / senior stakeholders
  • Organized, disciplined, and process-oriented
  • Hungry to learn and grow into a senior sales role


What This Is NOT

  • Not cold calling all day
  • Not target-pressure without support
  • Not a script-reading role
  • You will be trained directly by the founder.
