This full-time role is perfect for individuals in Wakad who are new to the workforce and have a keen interest in business development and advertising. As a Business Development Executive, your primary focus will be on leveraging strategic skills in Salesforce, lead generation, and market research to foster growth and success for clients. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing and nurturing relationships with potential clients to foster new business opportunities and partnerships. - Identifying and assessing new markets and sales prospects to boost sales growth and customer acquisition. - Collaborating with the marketing team to devise and execute compelling advertising strategies within set budgets. - Carrying out regular market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer preferences. - Using Salesforce and other CRM tools to monitor sales activities, pipeline status, and predict revenue. - Engaging in contract and agreement negotiations to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes that meet clients" expectations. - Meeting specified sales targets and contributing to strategic planning processes to align business development efforts with company goals. - Providing continuous support and advice to clients, proposing solutions that cater to their evolving advertising requirements. Qualifications required for this role include: - Salesforce (Mandatory skill): Proficiency in utilizing Salesforce for efficient prospect management and sales activity coordination. - Lead Generation (Mandatory skill): Ability to identify, engage, and convert opportunities into sales-ready leads through various channels. - Market Research (Mandatory skill): Expertise in analyzing market trends and consumer needs to guide strategies. - Account Management: Experience in managing client accounts to sustain strong relationships and achieve sales targets. - CRM Software: Proficient in using CRM software for customer relationship management and tracking interactions. - Negotiation: Strong negotiation skills to effectively secure and close business deals with clients. - Networking: Excellent networking abilities to cultivate connections within the industry and with potential clients. - Sales Strategy Development: Capability to create and implement sales strategies that align with organizational objectives and drive growth.,
