Business development executive

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth. This role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills along with a strong ability to understand client needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
• Understand client requirements and present tailored business solutions.
• Conduct sales meetings, presentations, and negotiations to close deals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of services/solutions.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Stay updated with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
• Maintain accurate records of business development activities using CRM tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience (1–3 years) in business development, sales, or client acquisition (industry-specific experience preferred).
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to negotiate and close deals effectively.
• Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.
• Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital communication platforms.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹13,188.95 - ₹46,054.79 per month
