Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development Manager to join our growing team. This role involves on-field business development activities, focusing on lead generation, client acquisition, and partnership development in the healthcare domain. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in healthcare sales, strong networking capabilities, and a passion for making a difference in the medical ecosystem. Key Responsibilities Identify, target, and generate leads from hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centers, and healthcare professionals. Conduct field visits to build relationships with potential clients and understand their healthcare needs. Present and promote 2050 Healthcare’s services and solutions to prospective clients. Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline through strategic networking and outreach. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met effectively. Maintain detailed records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions using CRM tools. Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly business development targets. Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare sales, field marketing, or business development. Strong understanding of the healthcare landscape, including hospitals, diagnostic labs, and medical practitioners. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working in a target-driven environment. Ability to travel extensively for client meetings and fieldwork. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Language: Hindi (Preferred) Work Location: In person
