This field-based role involves: Hiring & Training: Recruit and train caregivers and nurses to meet organizational needs. Community Engagement: Visit local villages, interact with community leaders, and conduct job orientations. Job Melas & Campus Drives: Organize and participate in job fairs, and visit nursing colleges, GDA centers, and vocational institutions for talent acquisition. Field Recruitment: Engage in on-ground recruitment activities, ensuring a steady pipeline of qualified candidates. Key Responsibilities: Conduct field visits across Assigined Territory Build and maintain relationships with local leaders and educational institutions. Organize and facilitate job orientation sessions and training programs. Attend and represent the organization at job melas and recruitment drives. Maintain records of recruitment activities and report to the HR Manager. Qualifications: 0–5 years of experience in recruitment or related roles. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
