Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Sales Executive with a passion for educationand training to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 0-3 years ofexperience in selling training courses or educational programs and possess a strong salesenthusiasm and a relentless, never-quit attitude.

Key Responsibilities

  • Actively sell and promote our training courses to potential clients through various
channels, including phone calls, emails, and online meetings.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing clients to
understand their needs and offer suitable solutions.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics on a consistent basis.
  • Conduct presentations and demonstrations of our training courses to showcase their
value and benefits.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies and materials that enhance
sales efforts.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position our
courses in the market.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process, ensuring
a positive experience for all clients.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 0-3 years of experience in sales, specifically in training or educational
course sales.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting and manage time effectively.
  • A passionate, results-driven attitude with a strong desire to succeed.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools is a plus.
