Role Description

This full-time role of Senior Career Counsellor / Business Development Executive (BDE) is an on-site position located in Noida. The Senior Career Counsellor / BDE will be responsible for providing personalized career counseling, career development, and career management services to clients and students. The role also involves effective student counseling and communication to help them navigate their career pathways and achieve their professional goals.

Qualifications

• Career Counseling, Career Development, and Career Management skills
• Student Counseling experience
• Strong Communication skills
• Proven track record in career guidance and student success
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site environment in Noida
• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Career Counseling, Human Resources, or a related field
• Prior experience in the technology or education sectors is a plus
