Position Overview:

We are seeking an energetic and driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our real estate and resort development division. The ideal candidate will have experience in real estate sales, prefab structures, or resort development projects, with a passion for client engagement and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in resort development and prefab construction.
• Generate and convert leads for real estate and prefab-based resort projects.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, and channel partners.
• Conduct market research to identify new markets, client needs, and growth areas.
• Manage sales pipelines and achieve monthly/quarterly business targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams on proposals, pricing strategies, and project presentations.
• Represent Rubiq International at client meetings, exhibitions, and industry events.

Requirements:

• Experience: 2–3 years in real estate, prefab construction, or resort development.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to meet sales goals and manage client relationships effectively.
• Strong understanding of the prefabricated building or modular construction market (preferred).
• Must be available for onsite work only.
