We are looking for Business Development Executive - Manpower.

Experience - 3-8 years

Title – Business development Executive.

Location – Thiruvallur & Thiruverkadu.

Key Responsibilities:

manpower sourcing is responsible for identifying, acquiring, and managing client relationships within the staffing and recruitment industry. They drive revenue growth by securing new business opportunities and expanding existing client accounts. This involves market research, sales strategy development, and building strong relationships with potential and existing clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition:

Identify and target potential clients in need of manpower solutions, including businesses seeking temporary or permanent staffing, and individuals looking for job opportunities.

  • Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and candidates through regular communication and personalized service.

  • Sales Strategy Development:

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market share growth.

  • Market Research:

Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities, understand industry trends, and analyze competitor activities.

  • Proposal Development:

Prepare and present compelling proposals and sales pitches to potential clients, showcasing the value and benefits of the company's manpower sourcing services.

  • Negotiation and Closing:

Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.

  • Collaboration:

Work closely with internal teams, including recruitment, operations, and marketing, to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.

  • Performance Monitoring:

Track and analyze sales performance data, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to optimize results.

  • Stay Updated:

Keep abreast of industry best practices, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes related to manpower sourcing.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field, preferably within the staffing or recruitment industry.
  • Strong understanding of the manpower sourcing landscape, including different staffing models, recruitment processes, and industry regulations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build rapport with clients and candidates at all levels.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Results-oriented with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
