We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development & Quick Commerce Account Manager to drive both traditional dealer sales and digital sales through quick commerce platforms. This hybrid role involves expanding our dealer network while also managing and scaling operations on platforms like Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, and others.
You will play a key role in boosting sales, launching new products, optimizing listings, and executing campaigns in both offline and online environments for Kadence’s music and entertainment products.
Sell a range of music and entertainment products to existing and new dealers across India.
Build and maintain strong relationships with B2B customers and retail partners.
Identify new business opportunities by analyzing market trends and customer needs.
Present and demonstrate products to prospective clients and decision-makers.
Stay up-to-date with music industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
Set and achieve sales goals (monthly/quarterly/annually).
Maintain customer data in CRM tools like HubSpot.
Manage end-to-end operations for quick commerce platforms like Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, etc.
Optimize product listings, pricing, inventory, and visibility on partner apps.
Collaborate with internal teams for content, logistics, and pricing alignment.
Execute and evaluate performance of campaigns and promotions on Q-commerce platforms.
Analyse platform sales data and identify opportunities for growth.
Build strong relationships with platform category managers and partners.
Ensure high fill rates, stock availability, and fast turnaround.
3–5 years of experience in B2B sales or e-commerce/Q-commerce account management (experience in music or consumer products a plus)
Experience managing accounts on quick commerce platforms (preferred)
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data and market trends
Problem-solving mindset with a customer-first approach
CRM experience (HubSpot or similar)
Proficient in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and data reporting
Tech-savvy and capable of managing digital operations and listings

Play a key role in expanding both offline and online business channels
