Job Description

Job Summary:

We are hiring a skilled and goal-oriented Business Development Executive with 1 year of proven sales experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and achieving revenue targets through both field and inside sales efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and approach potential clients through cold calls, field visits, emails, and referrals.

Understand client requirements and offer suitable service/product solutions.

Prepare and present proposals or service demos to potential clients.

Follow up on leads and close sales deals to meet monthly targets.

Build and maintain strong client relationships for long-term business.

Maintain accurate records of sales activity and client information.

Work closely with the marketing and operations team to ensure customer satisfaction.

Stay updated with product knowledge and industry trends.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in business development or sales.

Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Basic understanding of sales process and client handling.

Experience in digital marketing, IT services, or product-based sales is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
