Job Title: Business Development Manager Corporate Training (Automotive & IT)

Job Overview:

Business Development Manager – Corporate Training

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities with companies in the
Automotive and IT
domains.
Engage with HR, L&D, Engineering Heads, and CXOs to understand corporate training requirements.
Pitch and sell upskilling/reskilling programs, technical training, leadership development, and digital transformation learning paths.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of leads, nurture relationships, and close deals.
Coordinate with internal teams (Content, Delivery, Trainers) to design tailored solutions.
Drive end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to client onboarding and after-sales support.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies in Automotive and IT.
Meet revenue targets and contribute to the overall growth of the corporate training division.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
10+ years of experience in business development, B2B sales, or corporate training solutions—preferably in Automotive or IT sectors.
Strong understanding of technical training domains such as embedded systems, EV, AI/ML, cloud computing, cybersecurity, or agile methodologies.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
Proficiency in CRM tools and business proposal writing.
