Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for collaborating with various internal stakeholders to enhance business partnerships and assist in the growth and enhancement of their digital marketing strategies. Your primary role will involve managing a customer pipeline and working towards achieving business objectives by providing effective solutions. As a part of the Google Customer Solutions (GCS) sales team, you will act as a trusted advisor to small- and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) to drive customer success and help them achieve their growth goals. Key Responsibilities: - Prospect, manage, and forecast new business pipeline and opportunities. - Engage with C-level customers to understand their online marketing and business objectives. - Analyze customer needs, design effective marketing solutions, and utilize product knowledge to ensure customer success and deliver exceptional customer experiences. - Collaborate with multiple stakeholders internally to represent the customer's interests. - Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential opportunities and develop strategies for business growth. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. - 2 years of experience in business or business development. - Ability to communicate fluently in English for customer-facing roles. - Master's degree in Business Administration or equivalent practical experience (preferred). - Experience in planning, delivering, and executing marketing campaigns, creative strategy, and stakeholder management. - Prior experience in business, consulting, media, or advertising. - Knowledge of the India market and insights into digital and traditional media. - Proficiency in analyzing spreadsheets, creating presentations, and presenting advertising solutions to diverse audiences. - Fluency in Tamil, Telugu, and Kannada for client relationship management in the respective region. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively as part of a team and drive customer success.,
