Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Trainee, located in Tamil Nadu, India. The role involves identifying and generating leads, conducting thorough market research, building and maintaining relationships with potential clients, and supporting business growth strategies. The trainee will engage in customer interactions, assist with service inquiries, and contribute to achieving organizational objectives.

• Effective Communication skills to interact with clients and team members
• Experience in Lead Generation and Market Research for identifying and pursuing potential business opportunities
• Proficiency in Customer Service for ensuring client satisfaction and building relationships
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to diverse challenges
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
• Prior experience in sales or business development roles is advantageous
