Role Description

A young, driven, and people-oriented professional who can confidently represent FFDS in the market, handle cold outreach, set up meetings, and assist in closing deals. If you’re a hustler who loves connecting with people and wants to be part of a creative team, we want you!

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to leads (shared or sourced) to introduce FFDS services.

Schedule meetings and walkthroughs for the founders/design team with potential clients.

Maintain polite persistence with follow-ups and appointment setting.

Join initial client meetings and take notes.

Brief clients on FFDS offerings, process, and value proposition.

Assist in walkthrough of design proposals, quotations, and clarify doubts.

Maintain and update lead data, call status, and client notes in a shared tracker or CRM.

Prepare basic summary reports on outreach efforts and conversion status.

Visit builders, societies, property expos, or meet property consultants to introduce FFDS.

Distribute brochures and represent FFDS confidently in face-to-face discussions.

Qualifications

✅ Freshers or 1–3 years of experience in real estate / interiors / business development / sales

✅ Excellent spoken English, Hindi, and Marathi

✅ Confident, well-groomed, and good with people

✅ Comfortable making cold calls and pitching ideas

✅ Knows Thane/Mumbai/Navi Mumbai geography well

✅ Open to flexible field visits and hybrid working style

✅ Interested in architecture/interiors industry (bonus if you love design!)
