Job Description

You will be responsible for generating high-quality B2B leads, nurturing them through the sales funnel, delivering impactful product presentations, and converting them into long-term clients. Your excellent communication skills, consultative sales approach, and ability to build lasting client relationships will be key to success. - Identify, research, and generate new leads through various channels such as cold calling, email campaigns, networking, events, and digital outreach. - Manage and nurture incoming leads from initial contact to conversion. - Conduct engaging product presentations and demos tailored to client needs. - Understand client pain points and position our product as the best-fit solution. - Maintain a structured sales pipeline and provide regular updates on progress. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction. - Consistently meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets. - Proven experience (1-2 Years) in sales, business development, or client acquisition. - Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills. - Strong presentation and storytelling ability with a client-centric approach. - Proficiency in using CRM tools, lead management systems, and MS Office/Google Workspace. - Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently. - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus). - Fluent in English, Hindi, Gujarati.
