Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development & Brand Strategy Lead to join our growing development team. In this role, you will take ownership of building dynamic and responsive user interfaces, contributing to the complete software development lifecycle, and ensuring a seamless user experience for our client applications.

Responsibilities

We’re seeking someone who understands that sales is an extension of design, branding, and marketing. You’ll represent our CEO’s voice on LinkedIn, lead brand-building initiatives, and independently identify opportunities that alignwith our brand narrative.

Core Philosophy

: Every outreach, conversation, and piece of content is a brand touchpoint. You understand this intuitively.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage company communication channels for strategic outreach
  • Craft messages that reflect our brand voice and positioning
  • Read conversations for unspoken needs and opportunities
  • Use existing brand materials to create coherent narratives across
  • touchpoints
  • Identify relevant podcasts, determine needed blogs and white papers
  • Research industry trends and competitive positioning with depth—no
  • superficial AI prompts or basic searches
  • Lead initiatives with high-level guidance, minimal hand-holding

You Have:

  • Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and B2B outreach
  • Understanding of brand strategy and positioning
  • Nuanced communication skills—you read tone, subtext, and context
  • Strategic intuition—you know what to say and when
  • Independent thinking—no templates or prompts needed
  • Cross-disciplinary synthesis—you connect design, marketing, branding,
  • and sales naturally
  • Comfort with autonomy while maintaining strategic alignment

This Role Is Not

  • A traditional SDR/BDR following scripts
  • A marketing coordinator waiting for assignments
  • Someone who searches “best B2B podcasts” and sends a list
  • For someone needing constant direction
