About The Role

We are seeking a

creative and versatile Visual Designer

with expertise in motion graphics, video editing, and graphic design. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually compelling and impactful content across various digital and social media platforms — including brand videos, animations, campaign visuals, and marketing creatives.

Key Responsibilities

Conceptualize and produce motion graphics and animated visuals for brand videos, explainer videos, and social media campaigns.
Edit and assemble video footage to create polished, engaging content for platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
Design static and digital assets including posters, thumbnails, banners, and presentation visuals, maintaining brand consistency.
Collaborate closely with content, marketing, and strategy teams to ensure creative alignment with campaign objectives.
Stay up to date with design trends, editing techniques, and animation tools to keep the brand’s visual identity innovative and modern.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality creative outputs within deadlines.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in motion graphics, video editing, and graphic design.
Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop).
Solid understanding of color theory, typography, and layout design principles.
Proven ability to translate concepts and scripts into engaging visual narratives.
Familiarity with social media content formats (Reels, Shorts, Stories, etc.).
Knowledge of sound design and 3D motion graphics (Cinema 4D or Blender) is an added advantage.
Strong attention to detail, creativity, and storytelling skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Communication, or a related field (not mandatory if portfolio demonstrates strong capability).
Portfolio showcasing motion design, video editing, and graphic design work is mandatory.
