Job Description

As a Business Development Associate, your primary role will be to work closely with the marketing department, focusing on understanding and meeting client requirements. A major aspect of your responsibilities will involve communicating the company's services to clients through email correspondence. **Roles & Responsibilities:** - Finding leads on various portals and converting them into clients. - Drafting quotes and emails tailored to meet client requirements. - Conducting market research to identify potential clients. - Developing proposals and presentation materials. - Collaborating with the Localization and Dubbing departments to determine rates and sending project quotations to clients. - Working within a team dynamic and reporting to the Business Development Manager. - Facilitating project execution through email communication. - Engaging in cold calling activities. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree preferred. This is a full-time position with benefits such as paid sick time, paid time off, and Provident Fund. The role offers the flexibility of working from home, with a morning shift schedule. Additionally, there is a performance bonus structure in place. Experience in business development for at least 1 year is preferred, with a total work experience of 1 year.
