Job Description

As a Business Development Associate (BDA) associated with the marketing department, your primary responsibility will revolve around understanding and addressing client requirements and specifications. A significant aspect of your role will involve effectively communicating the company's services through email correspondences. Your key roles and responsibilities will include: - Identifying and converting leads sourced from various portals into potential clients. - Generating quotes and emails tailored to meet client demands. - Conducting comprehensive market research to pinpoint potential clients. - Developing proposals and presentation materials to showcase company offerings. - Collaborating with Localization and Dubbing departments to determine rates and provide project quotations to clients. - Working within a team environment and reporting directly to the Business Development Manager (BDM). - Progressing projects towards execution by preparing and sending email responses. - Engaging in cold calling activities to further business development initiatives. This is a full-time position that offers benefits such as paid sick time, paid time off, Provident Fund, and the flexibility to work from home. The schedule for this role is during the morning shift, with the potential for performance bonuses. The ideal candidate for this role should possess a Bachelor's degree, although it is preferred. Additionally, having at least 1 year of experience in business development and a total work experience of 1 year is also preferred.
