Position: Business Development Associate

Location : Bangalore

Key Responsibilities:*

- *Engage Prospective Donors:* Proactively approach and engage with individuals at designated locations, providing them with information about our organization and its impact.
- *Present Our Mission:* Clearly and passionately communicate the mission, goals, and accomplishments of the organization to potential donors.- *Raise Funds and Donations:* Encourage and secure financial contributions, donations, and other forms of support from individuals and corporate entities.- *Build Relationships:* Establish and maintain positive relationships with donors, ensuring a pleasant and informative interaction.- *Achieve Targets:* Meet and exceed fundraising targets set by the organization.- *Report and Record:* Maintain accurate records of donor information and contributions, and provide regular reports to the fundraising manager.- *Promotional Materials:* Distribute promotional materials and answer questions about the organization's projects and needs.- *Event Participation:* Participate in fundraising events and activities as required.

*Qualifications:*

- *Experience:* Previous experience in fundraising, sales, or a related field is a plus.
- *Communication Skills:* Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills.- *Presentation Skills:* Ability to present information clearly and persuasively.- *Personality:* Outgoing, enthusiastic, and confident with a professional demeanor.- *Motivation:* Self-motivated with a passion for the organization’s mission.- *Adaptability:* Ability to work in various locations and adapt to different environments.- *Education:* A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field is preferred.
