Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in

  business development activities

  (client follow-ups, inquiries, coordination)
• Handle

  daily office updates and internal coordination

• Communicate with clients via calls, WhatsApp, and email
• Support scheduling, documentation, and basic reporting
• Assist the team during shoots, meetings, or studio activities when required
• Maintain smooth workflow between creative and operational teams

Who We’re Looking For

• Graduate (any stream)
• Well-spoken, confident, and professional communication skills
• Organized, proactive, and eager to learn
• Comfortable working in a creative / wedding photography environment
• Interns or candidates with

  0–1 year experience
