Job Description

Role Overview: In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and generating new business leads through research, networking, and outreach strategies. You will also develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solar energy solutions. Additionally, you will conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential new markets. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in the preparation of proposals, presentations, and contracts for new business opportunities - Work closely with the sales, technical, and project management teams to ensure smooth project development and customer satisfaction - Assist in negotiating project terms, timelines, and costs with clients to close deals effectively - Track and report on sales activities, lead generation, and business development progress to senior management Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering or a related field - 1-2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role, ideally in the renewable energy or solar industry - Strong understanding of the solar energy market and technology - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team Please note that this is a full-time position with benefits including health insurance and Provident Fund. The work schedule is during the day shift and proficiency in Hindi is preferred. The work location is in person.,
