Role Overview:

We’re hiring a Business Development Associate to join our Noida office. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or individuals with up to 1 year of experience who are keen to build a career in IT sales and client acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads via cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, and referrals.
  • Present and promote IT services such as web/app development, recruitment solutions, and digital marketing.
  • Schedule and conduct discovery calls or virtual meetings with prospective clients.
  • Follow up on leads and maintain consistent communication to convert prospects into clients.
  • Maintain lead records and update activities using CRM tools.
  • Work closely with the tech and delivery teams to ensure proposals align with client needs.
  • Achieve and exceed weekly/monthly sales targets.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline (BBA, MBA, BCA, MCA, B.Com, etc. preferred).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic understanding of IT services and modern business solutions.
  • Self-driven, confident, and motivated to grow in a sales career.
  • Comfortable working in a performance-focused, target-driven environment.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn, MS Office, and CRM tools is an advantage.
