Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Associate, located at our Gurugram office. The Business Development Associate is responsible for prospecting potential clients, conducting sales meetings, and driving enrollment in our life skills programs. Key responsibilities include managing sales pipelines, fostering strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and contributing to revenue growth strategies. The role also entails understanding customer requirements and offering tailored program solutions to meet their needs while collaborating with team members to achieve targets.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships effectively
• Proficiency in sales techniques, prospecting, and lead generation

• Previous experience in business development or sales is preferred
