Business Development Associates (BDAs)

Direct Sales Field Job

You will represent the brand locally and help families make informed learning decisions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation & Prospecting

• Identify and connect with potential students/parents through cold calling.
  
• Qualify leads and schedule counselling sessions or home demos.
  

2. Consultative Counselling

• Understand student’s academic needs, learning gaps, and goals.
  
• Recommend suitable learning programs based on their requirements.
  

3. Sales Presentations & Home Demos

• Conduct

  in-person home demos

  across Jammu/Srinagar.
• Present product features, explain course benefits, and answer parent queries.
  
• Build trust and establish strong rapport with families.
  

4. CRM & Pipeline Management

• Manage leads through the entire sales funnel.
  
• Use CRM tools (Salesforce/Zoho) for follow-ups, tracking, and daily updates.
  

5. Collaboration

• Work closely with the marketing, academic, and operations teams.
  
• Ensure seamless onboarding of students after conversion.
  

6. Target Achievement

• Achieve weekly & monthly enrollment targets.
  
• Maintain consistent follow-ups for maximum conversions.
  

7. Customer Insights

• Collect feedback and share valuable insights to improve sales strategy.
  

Qualifications & Skills Required

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or equivalent.
  

• 1–3 years of experience in sales/counselling

  (EdTech sales preferred).
• Excellent communication & persuasive selling skills.
  
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and objection-handling abilities.
  
• Proficiency in CRM tools and basic computer usage.
  
• Ability to build instant rapport with parents/students.
  
• Comfortable with

  field sales

  and daily travel.

Mandatory Requirement

• Two-wheeler + valid driving license

  (for home demos).
