Business Development Associate

As a Business Development Manager at Pexa, formerly PEX CAR CARE, you will play a crucial role in driving growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong franchise partnerships, and expanding market reach, especially in tier 2 and tier 3 cities. Your responsibilities will include: - Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, franchise partners, and regional expansion channels. - Developing and maintaining relationships with potential clients, franchisees, and partners. - Executing strategies for lead generation, pitching, negotiations, and closing deals. - Tracking performance metrics and providing regular reports to management. - Coordinating with the marketing team to align branding and lead-generation campaigns. - Representing Pexa at industry events, expos, or roadshows when required. - Ensuring seamless onboarding and support for new franchise partners. - Monitoring competitor activity and recommending business development strategies accordingly. Qualifications required for this role include: - 2+ years of experience in Sales, Franchise Development, Channel Partnerships, or B2B Business Development. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities. - Experience in the automotive, retail, or services sector is preferred. - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. - Willingness to travel for business expansion and franchise visits. - Proficiency in CRM tools and lead tracking software is a plus.
