Job Description

Purpose-driven, high-ownership role — self-starters thrive; routine maintenance mindsets won’t.

Role (you will):

  • Identify and engage potential partners, clients, and communities aligned with our brand.
  • Manage and execute weekly digital content calendar (LinkedIn, X, Facebook, Instagram blog).
  • Assist performance campaigns — run A/B tests, track conversion data, and report insights.
  • Perform basic SEO (on-page, keyword optimization, backlinks).
  • Draft outreach emails, newsletters, and social messages.
  • Update Google Analytics (GA) / Google Search Console (GSC) dashboards.
  • Create short-form visual assets (Canva/Adobe).
  • Support founder and marketing team in business outreach and brand visibility.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 1–2 years of experience in business development, growth, or digital marketing.
  • MBA in Marketing
  • Strong written and verbal communication in English.
  • Familiarity with GA, GSC, SEO tools, or social scheduling platforms.
  • Organized, data-driven, and comfortable with Google Sheets / Excel.
  • Ability to work independently with accountability.
