Role Overview

We are looking for a Business Automation Consultant who will be the bridge between our products and customers. As part of the Business Automation Consultant team, you will ensure customers are onboarded smoothly, trained effectively, and supported throughout their journey.

This is an ideal role if you are just starting your career (02 years) in SaaS, sales, or client engagement and want to build a strong foundation in Business Automation Consultant, B2B SaaS sales, and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Understand customer requirements and map them to the right solution (Automate Team /

Automate Sales).

  • Provide product demos via video calls, helping clients visualize real use cases.
  • Manage incoming inquiries (calls, emails, CRM leads) and follow up to ensure timely

closure.

  • Maintain accurate records in CRM with inquiry status, tasks, and next steps.
  • Proactively follow up with prospects to move deals forward.
  • Handle initial objections and explain product value clearly.
  • Collaborate with the Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure customer feedback

informs product improvements.

  • Build trusted customer relationships and ensure a smooth handover to Account

Managers for long-term retention.

  • Negotiate contracts and pricing with decision-makers by handling initial objections and

explain product value clearly.

  • Providing support to enrolled clients by understanding their pain points, in order to build

client relationship and ability to upsell and cross sell.

Requirements & Skills

  • Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or equivalent.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written English skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Good understanding of sales & negotiation techniques (training will be provided).
  • Fast learner ability to grasp SaaS product workflows and explain them simply.
  • Time management: Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Analytical thinker: Able to listen, identify problems, and suggest solutions.
  • High patience, empathy, and calmness in dealing with varied customers.
  • Prior exposure (internships/training) in SaaS, CRM, or B2B sales/support is a plus

but not mandatory.
