Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Executive to join our educational institute. As a Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining a robust pipeline of potential students, cultivating strong relationships with prospective students, and conducting informative sessions on career opportunities. Your main tasks will include developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to generate a steady stream of qualified leads. You will need to nurture and manage the sales pipeline through consistent follow-up and engagement, as well as conducting career counselling sessions to inform and guide prospective students about program offerings and career prospects. Collaboration with the admissions team to convert leads into enrolments will be crucial. You will also be conducting market research to identify the target audience, perform competitor analysis, and stay updated on industry trends. Additionally, you will contribute to the development and implementation of branding and marketing campaigns. Utilizing CRM software to track and manage student information and interactions will be part of your daily tasks. Monitoring and analyzing marketing performance metrics to measure ROI and optimize campaigns will also be essential for this role. This is a full-time position with a performance bonus. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree, with preferred experience in business development and a total work experience of at least 1 year. Proficiency in English is preferred for this role. The work location is in person, and the expected start date for this position is 01/04/2025.,
