We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Executive to join our educational institute. As a Marketing Executive, your primary responsibilities will include developing and maintaining a robust pipeline of potential students, cultivating strong relationships with prospective students, and conducting informative sessions on career opportunities. Your role will also involve developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to generate a steady stream of qualified leads, nurturing and managing the sales pipeline through consistent follow-up and engagement, and conducting career counselling sessions to guide prospective students about program offerings and career prospects. Collaboration with the admissions team will be essential to convert leads into enrolments. Additionally, you will be required to conduct market research to identify target audiences, perform competitor analysis, and stay updated on industry trends. Your contributions will be valuable in the development and implementation of branding and marketing campaigns to enhance the visibility of our educational institute. Utilizing CRM software will be vital in tracking and managing student information and interactions. It will help in monitoring and analyzing marketing performance metrics to measure ROI and optimize campaigns. This is a full-time position that offers a performance bonus. The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree and have at least 1 year of experience in business development and a total of 1 year of work experience. Proficiency in English is preferred.
