Position Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in driving sales growth by promoting our services, expanding into international markets, and building lasting relationships with students and institutions. Key Responsibilities: Promote our tutoring services including exam prep, assignments, lab work, and college assistance through calls, emails, meetings, and networking. Identify and actively pursue new business opportunities in key international markets (US, UK, Canada, Australia, Singapore). Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales goals and expand our client base. Build strong, professional relationships with students, institutions, and corporate clients. Engage in cold calling, lead generation, follow-ups, and client onboarding. Clearly present our services and craft customized solutions that meet clients' academic needs. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to convert leads. Negotiate and close deals effectively to meet and exceed targets. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market demand. Provide regular updates on performance, client feedback, and business insights to management.
