Job Description

Role Overview

usiness development associate

Key Responsibilities

Interact with students and parents to understand their study abroad aspirations
Follow up with inbound leads and convert them to paid clients
Handle walk-in inquiries, phone calls, WhatsApp & email queries
Pitch Mentoria’s services confidently and close deals
Maintain CRM updates and ensure timely follow-ups
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students
Attend education fairs, university events, and field campaigns (if needed)

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in any discipline
1–3 years of experience in sales, counselling, or business development (preferably in education, edtech, or consultancy)
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Target-driven with a go-getter attitude
Fluent in English, Hindi, and Marathi (preferred)
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-performance culture
