Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Interact with students and parents to understand their study abroad aspirations
  • Follow up with inbound leads and convert them to paid clients
  • Handle walk-in inquiries, phone calls, WhatsApp & email queries
  • Pitch Mentoria’s services confidently and close deals
  • Maintain CRM updates and ensure timely follow-ups
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students
  • Attend education fairs, university events, and field campaigns (if needed)


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, counselling, or business development (preferably in education, edtech, or consultancy)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Target-driven with a go-getter attitude
  • Fluent in English, Hindi, and Marathi (preferred)
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-performance culture
