Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales of our courses to individual consumers.

Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore
Experience: 1-4 Years

Your Mission:

  • Make those calls: Reach out to potential customers via phone to introduce our products and services.
  • Convert leads to sales: Persuade and convince leads to make a purchase, and close deals
  • WhatsApp wizardry: Communicate with leads on WhatsApp to build relationships, answer questions, and provide support
  • Email mastery: Send targeted emails to leads to nurture them through the sales funnel and close deals
  • Qualify leads: Identify and qualify potential customers, and schedule meets for our sales squad
  • Build relationships: Develop strong relationships with key decision-makers and keep it real
  • Smash those targets: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and activity metrics

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities:

Research and approach potential clients through cold calling, emails, and networking to expand the company's customer base.

  • Build and maintain relationships with clients:

Engage with clients to understand their needs, offer tailored solutions, and maintain long-term, positive relationships to encourage repeat business.

  • Achieve sales targets and objectives:

Meet or exceed the set sales targets through effective selling, closing deals, and providing excellent service to customers.
