Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a sharp and proactive Business Development Executive to support our sales and marketing activities for lighting automation products. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, digital marketing awareness, and the ability to handle tender documentation and proposal preparation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities for lighting automation and IoT-based systems.
  • Manage digital marketing activities — posting on LinkedIn, Facebook, and other platforms to promote products and company updates.
  • Design and execute email campaigns for lead generation and brand visibility.
  • Search, download, and review tender documents from online portals.
  • Understand tender requirements and coordinate internal inputs for timely submission.
  • Prepare techno-commercial offers, presentations, and proposals for clients.
  • Maintain and update customer and prospect databases.
  • Support senior management in business development strategy and follow-ups.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with online marketing and social media platforms.
  • Basic understanding of tendering process (reading, preparing, and filing tenders).
  • Ability to draft professional emails, presentations, and proposals.
  • Good organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Quick learner with a problem-solving mindset.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical / Electronics Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Candidates with practical exposure to digital marketing, tendering, or sales coordination will be given preference.

Experience:

  • 0–3 years (freshers with strong skills and enthusiasm are welcome).
