Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Business Development Executive to drive sales
growth and client acquisition in the design sector or Civil Laboratory Sector. The ideal
candidate should have prior experience in working with architectural or design firms,
customer handling, with strong communication and negotiation skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities within the construction and design
sectors.
Build and maintain relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, and
contractors.
Promote and sell the company’s building products and related services.
Prepare and deliver product presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as per business goals.
Conduct market research to identify new trends, customer needs, and competitor
activities.
Coordinate with internal teams (Design, Operations, and Accounts) to ensure smooth
client servicing.
Handle client inquiries and provide after-sales support to ensure satisfaction and
repeat business.
Travel to client sites and project locations as required.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Civil Engineering or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in construction,
Civil Lab or design firms.
Strong understanding of design processes.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings and site visits.
