Role Overview
We are looking for a Business Development Associate (BDA) to join our sales team. The role involves generating leads, engaging potential clients, and supporting the sales pipeline. This position offers strong learning opportunities and career growth in business development.

Responsibilities

• Identify and research potential clients.
• Build and maintain lead lists using tools such as LinkedIn and Apollo.
• Conduct outreach through emails, LinkedIn, and calls.
• Schedule meetings and support senior team members in sales activities.
• Update and manage CRM records.
• Assist in preparing proposals and presentations.
• Track industry trends and share insights with the team.

Requirements

• 0.6 – 2 years of experience in sales or business development.
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
• Graduate degree in any field.
• Comfortable with outreach and follow-ups.
• Basic understanding of IT services/tech hiring.

Good to Have

• Experience in IT services/recruitment sales.
• Familiarity with CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot).
• Prior experience in startups.
