  • Reach out to HR managers, recruiters, and founders via email, LinkedIn, and calls.
  • Pitch our internship platform and explain the value of hiring from us.
  • Maintain a pipeline of prospects and follow up consistently.
  • Work closely with the team to improve outreach strategies and conversion rates.
  • Document progress and share weekly reports.


Requirements

  • Strong communication and persuasion skills.
  • Comfortable with cold emailing, LinkedIn outreach, and phone conversations.
  • Interest in
