Business Development Associate - Intern

EasySLR is an AI-powered platform that simplifies and speeds up systematic literature reviews. We work with global researchers, healthcare teams, and evidence professionals to help them achieve faster, more accurate, and more efficient reviews. We’re looking for a proactive Business Development Intern to support our growth across global markets.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Prospecting

• Support lead generation across target markets.
• Proactively follow up on inbound and outbound leads.
• Build relationships with new and existing accounts to identify opportunities.

Client Engagement

• Understand customer needs and tailor outreach accordingly.
• Conduct meaningful conversations to position EasySLR
• Assist with demo scheduling and follow-ups.

Collaboration

• Work closely with Customer Success on campaigns and product demos.
• Coordinate with Marketing/BD on outreach and email sequences.

CRM & Reporting

• Manage prospects and outreach workflows in HubSpot.
• Track and report BD activities; suggest improvements and new strategies.

What We’re Looking For

• 0–1 years of Inside Sales / Lead Gen / SDR experience (SaaS/B2B preferred).
• Strong communication, research, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred).
• Proactive, curious, and strong with follow-ups.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
