Business Development Associate - Inside Sales

Role Overview: As a Business Development Associate - Inside Sales at our company, you will be responsible for engaging with potential customers and explaining our Health & Nutrition-Products/ Services in a clear, confident, and persuasive manner. Qualification Required: - Minimum Graduate in any discipline. - 02 years of experience in inside sales or tele-sales (experience in healthcare/wellness/homeopathy preferred). - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling abilities. - Ability to understand customer needs and explain solutions effectively. - Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM tools. - Target-oriented mindset with a positive attitude.
