About the Role:

Business Development Associate (BDA)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, networking, and follow-ups.
  • Manage the full sales cycle: lead qualification, demo scheduling, and closing deals.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
  • Work closely with the internal team to achieve weekly and monthly revenue targets.
  • Track and report sales activities in CRM or reporting systems.

Requirements:

  • 6 months to 2 years of proven experience in

    sales / business development / inside sales

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Target-driven and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools or MS Excel preferred.
  • Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
