Role Overview:

As an Education Counsellor, you will guide prospective learners in choosing the right course based on their career

goals, work through enquiries, and support them through the enrollment process

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with prospective students via calls, WhatsApp, emails, and walk-ins
• Understand their background and career objectives to recommend suitable programs (Diploma, Masters, Advanced, Fast‑Track, Customized)
• Provide clear information about course structure, certifications, internships, placement support, and tools
• Follow up with leads, maintain accurate records in CRM
• Guide students through documentation and onboarding
• Coordinate with trainers and internal teams for smooth induction

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduate in any discipline; background in education or business is a plus
• 6 months – 3 years of experience in counselling, sales, or student advisory roles
• Freshers with strong communication ability and a problem-solving mindset are welcome
• Prior experience in EdTech or training industry preferred
• Comfortable with outbound communication and CRM usage
• Strong written English and basic computer skills (MS Office, Sheets)

• Familiarity with digital marketing courses is a bonus
