Job Description

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and persuasive Admission Counsellor / Telecaller to handle student inquiries, provide detailed information about courses, guide students through the admission process, and achieve enrollment targets. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to convert leads into admissions.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective students and respond to inbound inquiries.
Provide accurate and detailed information about courses, admission procedures, eligibility, fees, and advantages.
Understand student needs and recommend suitable programs.
Maintain a strong follow-up system to convert leads into enrollments.
Counsel students through phone, email, and WhatsApp.
Update and maintain lead database and daily call logs.
Achieve monthly admission and conversion targets.
Participate in promotional events, webinars, and counseling sessions when needed.
Build strong relationships with students to ensure a smooth admission experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Graduate in any discipline (preferred: education, counselling, or related fields).
Prior experience as Telecaller / Counsellor.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong convincing and presentation abilities.
Ability to work under target-based environment.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
Good listening skills and problem-solving mindset.
