Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Female Admission Counsellor to join our team. This role involves guiding students, explaining courses, assisting in admissions, and ensuring a positive experience for every aspirant visiting the academy.
This position is exclusively for candidates (Female) who are permanent residents of Jammu & Kashmir.

Key Responsibilities

• Interact with walk-in students and parents, providing detailed information about courses and admission procedures.
• Handle enquiries through calls, emails, and social media platforms.
• Counsel students about course benefits, study plans, and career prospects in the field of Civil Services.
• Maintain enquiry data, follow-up records, and student communication logs.
• Support the admission team in daily operations and documentation.
• Contribute to student orientation and academy events.
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure high satisfaction levels.

Required Qualifications & Eligibility

• Must be Female.
• Must be a permanent resident of Jammu & Kashmir (J&K candidates only).
• Must be a Graduate in any discipline.
• Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, CRM usage).
• Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to learn.

• Ability to build rapport with students and parents.
• Professional, responsible, and student-centric approach.

Salary

Competitive salary for freshers (based on interview performance).
