Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE) Experience: 1–3 Years Location: 46/4, Novel Tech Park, 2nd floor, Hosur Rd, Kudlu Gate, Krishna Reddy Industrial Area, H S R Extension, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560068 Industry: EdTech / Healthcare Key Responsibilities: Identify and connect with potential leads for course enrollment or healthcare training programs. Manage end-to-end sales cycle – from prospecting to closing. Conduct follow-ups via calls, emails, or virtual meetings to drive conversions. Achieve weekly/monthly sales targets and maintain CRM data. Requirements: 1–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in EdTech or Healthcare sector. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in South Indian languages (Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam) or Marathi is mandatory . Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Healthcare, or a related field is a plus. Preferred Skills: Experience in course selling or student counseling. Self-motivated with a result-driven approach.
