Job Description

Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE)
Location: Guindy, Chennai

Responsibilities:

  • Counsel students and parents on courses and career opportunities.
  • Convert leads into enrollments and achieve sales targets.
  • Handle enquiries via calls, emails, and walk-ins.
  • Maintain follow-ups and track leads in CRM.

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years’ experience in EdTech / Counselling / Course Selling (mandatory).
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills.
  • Fluency in English & Tamil preferred.
